Gratitude

Hi all you lovely folks,

Well it was tough but I made it, I'm officially on holiday for ten days! Will be heading off to Cornwall tomorrow, I know it's not far from Devon but why go further when such beauty exists around me already. A full week away with my two beautiful girls, I truly can't wait.

Anyway todays post is going to be a very simple one. It's about being grateful. I've had a tough week with work and such like, and it's very easy to get bogged down when life is like this. What I needed to do, and have spent tonight doing, is simply going over in my mind the things in my life that I am truly grateful for. Not just the material things we can touch and own, everything. Below is a little list. Have a look and add your own in the comments.

When we are grateful in our heart for things we realise just how lucky we are. As I said it's been a hard week at work but when I started going through my little list of gratitude I came to understand just how lucky I am to have all this to be grateful for. Focusing on these things will keep us from worrying about any other problems. Just a short post today, got to get to bed so I can enjoy myself tomorrow.

Love to each of you from my windy corner of Devon
